Public Announcement (Public Address System)

Description

A public address system (PA system) or public announcement is an electronic sound amplification and distribution system with a microphone, amplifier, and loudspeakers, used to allow a person to address a large public. It can be used as a Voice Evacuation System with a Fire Alarm system. A voice alarm is, however, not simply a public address system connected to the fire alarm panel. A voice alarm system work when needed during an emergency and is, therefore, fully monitored at all times. It automatically gets activated by the fire alarm panel during an emergency. The system will, evacuate areas in immediate danger and alert others. PA systems with speakers are widely used to make announcements in public, institutional and commercial buildings and locations.
